SE-4PTD Programmable
Saddle & Elbow Cutter for long pipes which pass-through
the machine. For pipes from 8" (200 mm) outside diameter to 12.5"
(315 mm) outside diameter. Optional extension jaws are available for 4"
to 8" (100-200 mm) outside diameter. Maximum rotation speed is 3
rpm, which is 76 ipm (1885 mm/min) on 8" (200 mm) outside diameter.
SE-4PTD-2F Programmable Saddle & Elbow Cutter. Same technical data
as SE-4PTD but with dual program which makes it possible to cut shapes
in pipe. |

SE-4P Programmable Saddle & Elbow
Cutter. Similar to the SE-4. It will cut saddles, laterals, miters,
offsets (hillsides), and elbows using a micro-processor and handheld terminal.
Oxy-fuel or plasma may be used. Cutting diameter is 1" to 12"
(25-300 mm). Maximum length of pipe to be cut is 18" (450 mm).
SE-4P maximum rotation speed is 3.7 rpm, which is 47 ipm (1160 mm/min)
on 4" (100 mm)outside diameters. |

SE-2 Programmable Saddle, Elbow and
Shape Cutter. Provides single or dual programming capabilities.
The SE-2 has a single program for making saddle cuts, offset cuts, laterals
and miters. This machine also has a second (selectable) program for cutting
holes and shapes in pipes. AC is an option.
Pipes from 4" (100 mm) to 14" (355 mm) can be chucked internally
and pipes from 1" (25 mm) to 4" (100 mm) can be chucked using
the pass through option. The SE-2 is suitable for oxy-fuel and plasma
cutting and eliminates the need to make templates or layout complex cuts. |

MM1 Programmable Pipe Cutter.
A computer-controlled machine that automates the cutting of profiles,
holes, nozzles and shapes on pipe with diameters from 4" to 16"
(10-40 cm). It rotates the pipe on it's roller bed with a three jaw chuck
while simultaneously moving a cutting torch back and forth along the pipe's
axis.
